After beating Platinum House I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the harder version of Junk Garden will throw a boss at me even though the description didn't say anything about a boss yet again. It wasn't impossible to beat even I wasn't prepared for it. I was able to quickly make everything I need to kill the boss. Those green hair Yuka are there to prevent you from using stuff that targets everybody. I used the Flandre weapon and armor because it worked for me in the original Junk Garden but I wouldn't recommend using this set in this dungeon. This setup was ok until I got to 176 where level 99 big enemies took a long time to kill because they have a lot of health and they were gaining more health with vampire. I ended up using explosion drug just to get rid of them faster and running to the exit. Even with vampire special killing them took so many hits. I only have one dungeon left that doesn't let you bring your own item which is Wild Fire. After I beat that and Innocent Heart I'll finish the game.
