Touhou Luna Nights Walkthrough - Part 1
9Touhou Luna Nights is a Metroidvania like fangame from the Touhou Project series. Touhou Project is a series of bullet hell shmups, wherein each game the main heroine needs to resolve a mysterious incident. All the Touhou Project games take place in a land called Gensokyo.
This game mainly focuses on the characters that were featured in the 6th Touhou game, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, with the exception of Nitori. The character you control in Luna Nights, Sakuya Izayoi, also debuted as a boss in that game. Sakuya is the chief maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, who has the ability to manipulate time and space.

The way I got that HP upgrade in this part was actually more a sequence break. You are actually supposed to get that with an ability you get later on.
