Mystia is next. Mystia is known through her 2nd stage appearance in Touhou 8 and is an ordinary Youkai, hunting for humans trough the night and her hypnotizing songs.

Mystia is a careless night sparrow who aimlessly wanders around to attrect and hunt down humans with her songs. She saw an even bigger chance of suceeding in this flower outbreak, luring all flower viewing humans to her.
Her plan however seems to fail because she only lures(or more annoys) the other heroines, forcing them into combat.
Mystia doesn't really care about the whole incident and has no bigger role in the whole storyline. She doesn't listen to anyone and jzst continue her songs, until she meets Shikieiki who (as usual) lectures her for her careless behavior.
Mystia's songs inherit great powers, great potential of manipulation and also a great danger to other beings, but Mystia uses them at her own will, leaving a trail of chaos and irritation behind her.
Shikieiki warns her that those actions could cause her soul to get corrupted and be send to hell, but Mystia doesn't care as usual and continues her singing/careless life.

Mystia's gameplay isn't special, she is a bit faster than the average character and she charges a bit faster too, but those traits don't really make a huge different for her campaign. It isn't too hard.
What is interesting is her chage attack, shooting a slw bird at the enemy screen which leaves a trail of bullets with great potential of caging the enemy within larger attack formations.
