For once, I actually know a bit about a song that I'm putting up! Actually most of it is just copied from TouhouWiki. The original song is from the Stage 6 boss fight (Yuuka Kazami, of course) of Touhou 4: Lotus Land Story, called "Inanimate Dream" or something like that.
