I added a CD4026-based 7 segment counter to my prototype Geiger counter. Here I am testing the dodgy tourmaline Quantum pendant, which as you can see is somewhat radioactive.

My Geiger counter uses an STS-5 Geiger Muller tube and can detect beta & gamma radiation. I'm hoping to build the project on a tailor-made PCB using EasyEDA and JLCPCB. Please follow me on Twitter and Instagram for posts on this project.
