I have not yet seen the battle. I will put up annotations to it as I watch the battle for some personal reactions and added excitement.

For those unfamiliar with said tournament: The rules make people choose 6-poke teams in which their names spell a word when organized (lead must be first letter of word). There is a restriction on items that are usable, along with item clause. Standard clauses also apply. Most importantly, every attack move performed MUST be STAB which can dramatically alter a regular pattern of thinking and predicting.

Also: Round 4 commence. GL HF. Another 20 or so people were cut, and the field is now very trim. 90%+ of remaining players are actually active. With 3 rounds remaining, anyone can gain a maximum of 9 more points before the tournament splits to a Top-8 bracket. In essence: Its still anyone's game to make the cut, and once you get there, who knows what will happen.
