[ToV 2009 lore] Aifread, Ogma, Amrita, and what it means to us now...
1) There was not a single hint Grune is Aifread (from Empire's side, I mean. From what Merines was saying and how Celsius started to act... that's a different story. I have those thoughts with me for long). But in the Empire, they didn't try to use her (A GOD) for a vessel. It worked with Patty's body + Elusifur's apatheia chimerised with some unknown stuff even Duke had a hard time recognizing his friend. Phill tries to dispel it for him as we speak.
2) The entire Terca Lumireis population ARE soul eaters (more or less) and Patty is old enough to be one of Altosk's founders in Dangerest on that twisted timeline the second ToV takes place on.
3) Oma is certainly oGma same as they write MorriGhan as Morian now. That name is not hard to find among Fomorians. And Fomorians ARE evil and destructive by nature. Both mythology and our plot have it this way. Won't hurt to call them THE REAL demons. Tuatha de Dannan (Tribe of Goddess Dana) are their opposites but most of the notable Thuatas are half-Fomorians by blood like Lugh is Balore's grandson and a prime example of this. (Lugh is Balore's Mirrite (Kyosei) in our actual plot BTW (LC arc ch. 14)).
---------------
This is what we are really reading now. I've kept my trap shut about this King and one of Estelle's ancestors till the last moment there was a chance Nibelung will be something else... but according to chapter 14 of LC arc - this upload won't hurt now.
And some stuff about "Angels" of Aselia is what I'll have to upload shortly after.
