This assumes the current fastest Lakebed 1 route for Any% which turns the bridge at 1F south, so it goes up north to 2F, right before obtaining the Clawshot. (The old Lakebed 1 route turned the bridge at 1F east, going up west to 2F.)

This is a video response to a runner in DMs, but I thought I might as well make the video public in case it ends up being useful to others.

I didn't emphasise it in the video, but the Iron Boots equip during the jump down to the banister is very useful as it shortens your landing. Equip too early and you'll hit the overhang and fall down. Equip too late and you'll overshoot the bridge and land in the water.
