Medicine once again has a way better team in her second fight. She'll also pretty much always be able to get at least one layer of Poison Trap up, so be sure to either bring a Poison type or have Smash Spin.
-Assist Eirin (Poison/Water): Medicine's Poison Trap setter. She's pretty much impossible to OHKO with her lack of 4x weaknesses combined with her bulk.
-Extra Suwako (Poison/Warped)
-Assist Yamame (Poison/Nature): This one is VERY dangerous. She's able to instantly use up her Diamond item by using Raid, meaning she'll almost always activate her Nimble ability to double her Speed.
-Speed Momoyo (Poison/Earth)
-Extra Alice (Light/Fire): Don't hit her with Dark skills, they won't OHKO because of her Anti-Dark Charm.
-Extra Medicine (Poison/Warped): Be very careful against this one. Her Poison Labyrinth ability means that only other Poison types can switch out when fighting her.
