Actually this is the extension called "Yume no Kakera" (translated as "Shard of Dreams").
Touhou Puppet Dance Performance is the name given by english community, but the game's full name is Gensou Ningyou Enbu: Yume no Kakera (for the extension at least), which i'll shorten as YnK.

What's new in this game? Got some information from the wiki:

- Plot is mostly remaining the same, but you get to explore new places in Gensokyo (even post-game).
- level curving is nerfed to follow these additions
- The characters from TH15 (Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom) are introduced here and you can pick them as a starter/find them
- There's a new style for most characters called "Extra".
- We also get to see the new type "Warped"
- new items, new attacks
- ABILITY TO GIVE A WEDDING DRESS TO YOUR ~WAIFU~ PUPPET

However the translation is incomplete as the translation team is busy, so there isn't any shown progress since last July. We can only get to see puppet names, items, menu interface and such. Nothing about the story is translated; even if it remains the same, i feel i'll get lost in new places (i already looked for the "story" line, but i have no idea what i'm going to do once arriving there)
