Return to Castle Wolfenstein (2001) was both a sequel and a re-imagination of the classic ID Software shooter Wolfenstein 3-D. It was developed by Grey Matter using an updated version of ID's own Quake 3 Engine. What looked like one of many WWII themed games at the time turned out to be a story focused more on heavy fantasy than historical events. This game is as classic as the original Wolfenstein.
