Here I show the mods that I'm using as well as the first look and plan for the first actions.

I might not have been too clear on my explanations so let me write it here: What I want to do is a total abuse of the feature that you can build with the game paused. So I'll try to unpause the game for real only when I can achieve the maximum coverage possible. So the cities can grow to it's limit. Before that, I will unpause, but just to enjoy the world in motion, capture a nice train ride, any adjustments that could be made. But any construction will be made back on that first paused state until max coverage is achieved. Then I'll run the game with no interaction for 5 years, then upgrade anything necessary. Then this process will happen in 10 year intervals. Besides any new vehicle upgrades that may burst before that date.
