is the second game of the Train Sim World series. It was released on August 20th, 2020 on Steam, Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, and was released on July 29th, 2021 on Epic Games Store alongside a one week free giveaway funded by Epic Games.



The base game of Train Sim World 2 comes with 3 routes:

Sand Patch Grade - 52 mile route between Cumberland and Rockwood, featuring the CSX AC4400CW, SD40-2 and GP38-2.
Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen - 70 kilometre section of high speed railway between Cologne and Aachen in Germany. Features the DB BR 406 ICE 3M high speed EMU and the DB BR 442 EMU.
Bakerloo Line - 14 mile London Underground line featuring the 1972 Mark 2 Stock.
Editing Tools
Train Sim World 2 comes with two new editing tools; the Livery Designer and Scenario Planner. These allow users to create custom liveries for the locomotives in the game and create new scenarios for featured routes. It has also be announced, due to the community feedback and backlash the older "preserved collection" of routes are going to be given support with the new Scenario Planner.
