And he's a little to eager to have Ratchet and Clank run the program. I'm sure everything will be ok right? I mean really who is Ratchet? He's from a desert planet and just happens to be good with just about everything he picks up. I wonder if that has anything to do with his species... Nah, that's just a retcon.
