During Trajan's campaign in the middle east in 115 AD, the emperor a had tough time maintaining his new conquered land due to countless rebellion. In the same year, the rebellion led by a man named Lukuas/Andreas - who rebelled against the Romans in North Africa.The causes of this rebellion are still debatable but it is possibly believed that the Jewish population was utterly mistreated and discriminated by the Romans in North Africa and Judea.The domino effect of this rebellion was spread from North Africa to Mesopotamia which affected Rome's eastern provinces.Thus began the controversial war known as Kitos War..
