this model swap mod will switch out "Nemesis Prime" for Kickback in Transformers: Devastation, the robot mode works perfect but the vehicle mode stil requires fixing, and i'm not sure its even possible to fix it since the game was not suppose to be played like this....

also, a bug list is below (with some info)

-using this mod will remove Nemesis Prime from the ARK
(it's good indicator that the mod is working correctly but it's still a bug nonetheless)

-when transforming, Kickback's Insect Mode has no animations and will move like a car, one of his wings is also messed up
(this happens cause his transformation animation was never meant to be used by the player)

-Kickback cannot dodge or use any of the charge attack moves, the same thing applies to the Super Moves aswell
(this happens cause he has no animations for them, or that's what i think anyway)
