In order to perform this glitch. Beat one of the Cybertron missions. And when you see the Level Complete text. Mash the continue button as fast as you can. You'll see your character for half a second and press pause immediately and glitch will activate.

This glitch works on all versions of the game on PlayStation 2, Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
