5Royals are still viable, but you can't commit to a comp before you have a win condition! Being open to taking powerful characters and building into them even in the late game gives you the flexibility you need to get 1st place!
In this game I took treasure generator Morgan Le Fay through the ringer! We built a very strong Royal comp through the first 2/3rds of the match until I saw that Ashwood Elm and I knew I had to have it. The rest was history.
