Operation X4: Tetarti in Trauma Center Second Opinion. The only difficulty setting available for this operation, just like all X operations in Trauma Center, is extreme, so that is the difficulty. Since I could do this blindfolded, I decided to try it without the green stabilizer fluid used to raise the vitals. A much less efficient method of raising the vitals was used. I also did this without the power of Asclepius, the Healing Touch. This still wasn't all that difficult, but no matter. I completed this operation with a final rank of A, senior surgeon.
