This one is pretty unique. When first playing, I feared that they'd just spawn Paraskevi on the heart and let you deal with it. Instead they take a different, more interesting approach. Paraskevi starts far away from the heart, but you have a maximum health of 50, and cutting it so you can do damage to it will deal 30 unavoidable damage to the patient. So you have to constantly make sure the vitals are above that amount. Also there is no penalty for letting any amount of the snake advance forward, so I take full advantage of that. The biggest obstacle is being too slow to laser the tails and letting too many get away, as well as the timer, you need 1:30 or more left, again.
