Welcome to Chapter 1 of Träumerei, a horror-dark fantasy game made in RPG Maker VX Ace by Veynn. We play as Noël Rousseau who previously embarked on a wild adventure with a girl named Annabelle after she broke into Noël's garden, after separated with a ticket for the Afterlife Express, Noël rides the train into the afterlife...or so it seems.

"Once upon a time, beneath dreary branches obscuring a crimson sky, there lived a reclusive vampire who would love nothing more than to sleep, read, or die. After a certain tragedy befell him, the vampire, Noël Rousseau, resolved to hide himself away from the world. Locking himself away in a decaying house for nearly half a century with only his grandmother’s beloved books and decrepit button-eyed dolls for company, he was content……Until…he meets a cheerful, rosy eyed girl in the outskirts of the woods one dark, dreary day. Upon following the strange girl, Noël realizes there was more to his XXXX’s death beneath the surface. "
