Readying to leave the party must first see to the funeral of Celadine's birth father Rupert Belmont, the party learn of Celadine's relationship to the Paladin of Bane; Richter Belmont. Trying to put this from their minds the party move onwards from Torgu'Eval to spread the word of incoming war.

Arriving in Kalek they learn that they were equally as harmed as Torgu'Eval during a major Gnoll assault that killed or kidnapped all the men in town.
