After taking the Necromancer C3 quest advancement, go to Knidos Jungle - Khonot Forest - Khamadon Forest.

The Magic Orb can only be applied to a single monster and it'll only last for a few seconds. It's best to lure one monster and reduce its Life to about near death (be careful not to kill it).

1) Cast Sleep, 2) use the Magic Orb by pressing "V", 3) fire Flesh Cannon for the kill, 4) and then pick up the Magic Infused Blood on the ground by pressing "Space Bar".

Rinse and repeat until getting 30 Magic infused Blood.

Using the Magic Orb can sometimes fail. If there's no square particle effect on the ground after using the Magic Orb, then don't kill the monster just yet. Wait until the Magic Orb cooldown expires and repeat the process.
