Solution: The organization chose to migrate from a legacy productivity solution to Google Workspace to reinvent how its teams are able to collaborate. Even more recently, with Gemini being embedded directly into Google Workspace, the team leapt at the opportunity to become early adopters of generative AI. Shortly after their pilot, Gemini was released to all Google Workspace Enterprise, and now the entire organization is able to further optimize.
Result: By introducing Gemini into daily workflows, team members are experimenting with new ways to approach old problems. One key use case for Molloy includes building Looker Studio dashboards and eliminating the monotonous and manual work of formatting calculated fields. Gemini is able to draft formulas with the correct syntax and allow the team to focus on analysis. Trellix team members are saving time on tasks such as industry research by asking Gemini questions directly from their existing Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides projects and even getting gen AI suggestions for quick emails and messages.
