TREMORFA PARKRUN Event #164 - This was a WET one!
6at the Tesco Extra which is an under 10 min walk from the startr. As the route is on hard standing paths, road shoes are recommended, however, in the autumn season trail shoes may be recommended as the woodland area may have a lot of underfoot mulch from fallen leaves. This is a quiet parkrun with around 89 attendees and the paths are wide, therefore, there are no real problems with congestion. With it being a flat parkrun, it has the potential for a PB, however, as I am recovering from injury I don't think I will get one today! The Park is standard looking for a parkrun with nothing special to see, however, there is a nice woodland area. The atmosphere was great and there were some great volunteers to keep you going! This is the 36th parkrun I have recorded of which you can find a playlist of them on my channel!

I will be doing parkruns all over the UK and rest of the world! Every Saturday I take part in a 5K run trying my hardest to get under 20 mins. Tremorfa Parkrun is a parkrun in Cardiff.
