This is Trenched, by Double Fine. A tower defense action game that introduces new aspects to the genre. In particular, Mechs, Zelda style bosses (3 phases) and loot. There is also coop, the video is a bit from eachother of the two players playing. It is for XBLA only and is coming out sometime this month.
