ANISE THE WITCH'S STRATEGY (PHASE 1):

- Thunderstorm +, Fireball +, Cyclone +, Earthquake +, Spike Freeze +, Diamond Shards +: These are regular last tier magic spells, easy to avoid by just dodging.

- Melee Spike: This is Anise's basic attack. She will often teleport right in front of someone and just make a spike come up out of the ground, hurting whoever's in front of her for minor damage.

- Super Shackles: This is a weird move. Anise causes circles of energy to appear around the center of the area. These circles spread outwards towards the edge and will deal around 100-150 damage if they hit you. You can dodge away of course, or even jump over them.

- Stun Gust: You've seen moves like this before. This is a small area attack that makes a cyclone in front of Anise. This does some damage and can mute your character. If you use a lot of magic, be sure to cure this.

- Crystal Summon: This move simply re-summons the crystals. You'll likely only see this happen once (possibly not at all if you're over-leveled and a beast). Be sure to kill any crystals that show back up!

ANISE THE WITCH'S STRATEGY (PHASE 2):

- Dark Rain: You likely remember this move. This is darkness magic that makes rain clouds appear above several targets and just rains on you. This does 150+ damage to anyone caught in it.
Stone Cloud: You've definitely seen this move before. It is an area of gas that hits multiple times and has a chance to petrify you. One good reason to have those mana rings on!

- Bite Barrage: This is a melee attack! This version of Anise does have a few of these! This is a large line attack (her mouth is huge) where she'll lunge straight forwards and do 150+ damage on a hit. This move can poison you.

- Artic Beam" This attack looks really cool. Anise's head produces multiple ice beams that home in on one player. Possible to dodge, but you have to be quick. These beams hit you multiple times (for 100+ damage each time) and will very likely turn you into a snowman if you aren't protected with mana equipment.

- Destructobomb: The name of this attack is something else! This attack produces a huge area-of-effect around the arena, first with the edges and then in the middle. These markers will end up in an explosion which does 100-300 damage depending on your gear. You're supposed to get in the middle and then retreat to the edge. of course other attacks will happen to distract you. This move can cause blindness.

- Scarlet Dust: Like many of the Benovodons, Anise has an ultimate move that covers the entire area. Thankfuly, you can break the dark crystals that appear to stop this attack and stun Anise (a great time to dish out damage and use your class strikes). Failing to do this will deal extreme damage of course (likely 700-1,100 damage), so make sure your characters are healed to the max if you can't get to the dark crystals in time!

- Dark Force +: You definitely know this attack. This is dark magic that produces several marker areas. These produce a dark cloud that can hit you multiple times for small damage. More of a nuisance than anything.

- Set Trap: This is a weird move, but it does just what it says! Anise sets fireballs around the edge of the arena. If you get near them, they will explode (they fill up a damage marker). You can easily trigger them and get out of the way, but you'll be doing this while fighting as well, so this move is just to test your overall awareness!

- Flash: Anise, cover yourself! This move is centered on Anise and is a large AoE that fills up. You have time to get out, but if you don't you will take minor damage and have the possibility to be turned into a Moogle.

- Annihilate: This move sounds worse than it is. Anise will disappear from the area and then a damage marker will appear (and fill up quickly). After that, she'll emerge from underneath and damage you. This isn't even high damage if you're leveled up and ready for this fight. Underwhelming.
