"Trine es un videojuego de plataformas y rompecabezas desarrollado y publicado por Frozenbyte. El juego se lanzó originalmente para Microsoft Windows en 2009 y desde entonces se ha adaptado a Linux, OS X y consolas de juegos. El juego se desarrolla en un entorno de fantasía medieval y permite a los jugadores tomar el control de tres personajes distintos que pueden luchar contra enemigos y resolver acertijos ambientales.

En 2011 se lanzó una secuela, titulada Trine 2. En 2014 se lanzó una nueva versión de Trine , titulada Trine: Enchanted Edition. La edición encantada utiliza el motor actualizado de Trine 2 e incluye multijugador en línea. La tercera entrega de la serie, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, se lanzó el 20 de agosto de 2015. Una cuarta entrega, Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince , se lanzó el 8 de octubre de 2019. [4] Una quinta entrega, Trine 5: Una conspiración mecánica , se publicó el 31 de agosto de 2023."
