This is Katie's Trinidad Scorpion Pepper beef jerky. At the time this came out Trinidad Scorpion Pepper was the hottest pepper in the world. Now this pepper is second hottest to the Carolina reaper pepper. Not sure if this is the worlds hottest beef jerky but it is super hot and spicy.
