WizService or [WizService] is a game under development by Guidelight Games. It is a 'Tactical Dice Roguelike' styled game.
This is a playthrough of build 21 the summon patch!
Dev notes for patch 21 (Summon allies, Morph cards)
Version 0.3 - BUILD 21
Summon Allies
- New cards that summon allies who act on their own.
- New mechanics and status effects surrounding these new friends.
Unit Positioning
- Cards generally have new targeting rules: Front, Rear, All or Target.
- Added Push and Pull keywords for moving units around in the lines.
Morph Cards
- Special cards that “flips” to reveal a new card.
- Especially used for summon cards currently, but will be extended to “normal” cards later.
Major Enemy/Encounter Changes
- A major overhaul on enemies. They generally have more damage and less health.
Other Changes
- Dice box is moved to above the cards (thanks Jonazdk and everyone else for the suggestion!)
- Added 2 new wizards.
- Loads of other smaller fixes.
Dev Notes
This time around we would really like feedback on the summons and how powerful they feel.
We are a little worried that summons can fill too many roles and are able to act as blockers too easily, but let us know how they feel to play with.
