I've seen different references about the actual troop sizes and been criticized that I'm making the troops (primaris and terminators in particular) too big, but I've seen official cinematics, videos games and google images that suggest otherwise.

Comment below what their size should be and according to which source (lore, tabletop, videos, video games etc..)

The basic guardsman (here Krieg Guardsman) size is taken as 1.0.
(This is also the size of all "normal human" troops.
Firstborn Astartes and Grey Knight are 1.2
Primaris Astartes and Thunder Warrior are 1.25
Loyalist and Chaos and Grey Knight Terminators are 1.3
Custodian and Broadside Battlesuit are 1.4
Dreadnaught is 2.0
