The RETRO GAMING REWIND is a series where we play Amiga, PS1, PS2 and PC games from the late 80ies to the early 2000's, on REAL soft- and hardware.
Today we're playing the first "God Game", Populous, which originally released on the Amiga systems.
TROPICO is available on many systems, including STEAM and GOG on PC (Tropico Reloaded). I personally played the Steam version for several hours and can recommend that version. Turn everything to maximum and enjoy the technology of the future, that can run this game with ease. It also got some quality of life improvements, such as being able to contruct buildings over shacks.
The MUSIC for this video (used outside of the game) is the original Tropico Soundtrack, which includes artists and bands from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela and the U.S., most prominently Daniel Indart. It's available for download on Steam if you buy TROPICO RELOADED.
