Mission 12 of Tropico's main campaign. Had a LOT of trouble with this one, ended up having to reload from auto-saves a few times after losing to foreign invasions. I've been having trouble getting the economy going on this island, and I've realized it's because I did not invest early enough in entertainment buildings. This meant that I was dealing repeated factory strikes, and my usual response to those has been to send in the military. The problem is that that kills off half the workers, and so I had a constant shortage of high school graduates to staff the factories. Which in turn meant my economy never got going and I never the had the funds to invest in entertainment or housing, creating a vicious cycle. I think this island will be a serious problem again in the next mission.
