0AMD Ryzen 3 is nice budget CPU that can do much more than you can think.
Tropico 6 was released in 2019 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Can this game run on laptop with 3250U? Yes it can :D
In resolution 720p (1280x720) Ryzen 3 3250U can deliver on average 21 fps. Game looks good and is playable at this point.
Tropico 6 is very GPU demanding game. As you can see CPU don't even overclock itself to its max 3.5 GHz but rather sitting on its base clock (2.6 GHz). It it due that CPU is heavily bottlenecked by integrated Vega 3 GPU.
In this situation overclocking GGPU would have huge impact on game performance and frame rate.
While overclocking laptop is difficult and not advisable due to small heat-room, overclocking desktop could increase performance by a lot.
Audio was sharp and crisp all the time.
