In this video, I try to solve my problem after upgrading to the latest Linux kernel. The drivers have not been updated from Blackmagic, so I go in and check the source code and make the suggested changes from their forum, but it still won't work. The last fix was to change the kernel object in order to get it loaded. And I can now record videos again, so it works, it might not be the right solution but a good workaround.
