Do you know what MICROSOFT presumes they are allowed to do to you by their terms, and some of the things MICROSOFT did, in recent years, also without users' consent and knowledge?
Some of MICROSOFT's business practices from recent years, also without user consent and knowledge, plus a few parts of their terms of service (ToS) which you should at least take into consideration to be concerned about.

This video doesn't only look at MICROSOFT from an isolated MCJE or MCBE / Minecraft perspective, but at MICROSOFT / XBOX accounts generally, plus MICROSOFT as a company itself.

This list is by far not complete nor do I go into extensive details to each point in this video, but I just wanted to give you a first impression of this company, and we might look into each topic plus more than those mentioned deeper; if there is one point you're especially interested in, let me know in the comments.

If you decide to create or already use a MICROSOFT account, at the very least you should have a small grasp of who you're dealing with.

Considering how all big MC YTers don't seem to care (which is of course their good right), but also ignore the worries of their fans which they comment on some of those YTer's videos and only take action if they can profit off it, at least we small creators with no profit motivation have to take the users' side.

There have been also reports of extrajudicial settlements, cases that were settled *out of court* for undisclosed terms. And there are other cases that never saw and never will see the light of day, or have never even become a case, because Microsoft settled them privately or not in front of a court.
