When you practice your kicks, I think you've been taught to chamber your knee up to get a faster kick.
BUT, don't you feel like you're forcing them? You might think stretching and working out your legs will solve the problem, but that is not enough. You're missing the fundamental technique to move the body.
You have to focus on the NON-KICKING LEG🦵
Try this.
1. slide/tuck your non-kicking leg in
2. use that momentum to chamber the kicking leg up like a pendulum
3. connect that force to the kick
This is especially effective for front-leg kicks!
