We will enumerate an FTP service for txt files, brute-force ssh logins, and exploit tar to privilege and gain root, the TryHackMe Bounty Hacker walkthrough was successfully completed as follows.

At first, we will start with a Nmap scan of the this THM Bounty Hacker box by doing nmap -sV 10.10.31.46, through our NMAP scan we saw that we have 7 open ports, and the ports that are catchy are the ports that are running and ‘22’ (SSH), '21' (FTP), and '80'(HTTP). We started by enumerating the FTP service which runs on port 21 directly, I tried and logged into the FTP service by doing ftp 10.10.31.46 through the anonymous login...
