We get ddosed almost everyday, 0.01% success rate
-I have 4 phases of protection scripts
-Most skids trip phase 1
-2-3 times a year phase 2 will get tripped
-Phase 3, never been tripped
-I recently added a phase 4 just in case

I can afford enterprise DDOS protection and insanely powerful servers, so even if someday it starts to affect GH, it's not really a problem. Anyways I will share with you all the pathetic ddos attempts here when they happen so you can laugh with me. What's funny is, I barely have any idea how to run a web server, so these people are mad dumb if they can't compete.

Cloudflare is awesome, I love everything about this company. Even with Cloudflare, you can get ddosed, with what people refer to as a "Application layer 7 bypass" or a UAM bypass. In this video I will show you how to mitigate these easily and walk you through how you can customize the firewall rules to prevent it quite easily, in the context of a real life attack that happened yesterday. Their DDOS protection is very good, but it's not perfect on the free or professional plans. I recommend you use Cloudflare Professional and then institute firewall rules like the ones you see in this video to prevent DDOS attacks.
