With having found the shop to buy some other rods from we're going to see about snagging a lite spinning rod today. Given it's only $75 it shouldn't take too long to get and then we can see how different it works from our most basic rod. Despite the simplicity to Open Fishing XL there's some nice little details that allow a slight change to the familiar when it comes to playing. And though we don't have a lot of bait to use with our new rod yet we can still give it a try and see how we do with it.
