L4D2: Sorry, with the weekend gone i only had about 8 hours total gameplay on L4D and this is the only video i recorded after managing how to play demos. Anyway my experiance on it was pretty odd - First few games, i got complemented for being 'pro' in comparison to other newbies, and thought i wasn't a newbie to this game. Later on, i start getting abuses about how sh*t i am at this game and should gtfo....
Xonotic: This game is the direct succcessor of Nexuiz, that is the community that loved nexuiz before the project split [a bit like what happened to tremz, and the april fools of xbox tremulous was based on this event] and the official title was sold to some publisher, forgot what it was named. Anyways, so the community decided to carry on with their game and renamed it to Xonotic as their official title was 'stolen.' I asked what's with the bird on the title art, they said it represents a pheonix which represents the rebirth of the game. Other than that, i think the bird's pretty much unrelated.
Anyway, it's a good game for those quake-type fast-paced players, but the community is pretty much vacant at this time of the year due to the exams going on. This game has waaaay more servers than tremulous does, but the player count is... really... low...
I have to say, this game goes best on PC, you can't do much trick jumps with those teeny JOYSTICKS attached to the xbox controllers.
