No commentary (as usual) so I summed up my thoughts in the Description below timestamps, so please read them, or don't, you're choice.

Yes, the game runs at 60fps when you play it. But like always with the PS4, It limits captured footage to 30fps and 720p. So not a big deal, asides from my old controller has a few...issues.

And yes, car collection/progress is shared between PS4 and PS5. So whichever one I'm currently using for playing a game out of my backlog, I can keep improving my collection and then some on that console and then do the same with the other. Or should one of them bite the dust first, I can still keep going with the other until I can get it fixed, or replaced.

Like Destiny 2, the Trophy/Achievement progress is shared...but also seperated, if you've got the trophies for either the PS4 or PS5. You'll be able to get it again quickly on the other version (You'll only need to do what the trophy condition requires at least once, like for example drifting an extra meter, knock down another traffic car, or collect another career flag). And they are just as simple as PC/Xbox One's. So there's two simple platinum's to obtain for those Trophy hunters. Personally I'd rather just get only one of them, but since my backlog includes some PS4 games as well. It's bound to happen anyway.

And it's been a while since I last had to drive these cars like on the PC/Xbox One. And to be honest, It's the one thing I missed about playing about that port. The 'Gasless' drift never sit right with me ever since I started playing the PC version years back.

I will miss the short re-fill times from switch...sort of. Though It was a big reason why PvP for the Switch was and still is in such a sad pathetic state for years now. And I was getting sick and tired of constantly seeing almost nothing but "Touch Drivers" letting the game play for them.

Cross-Play can be turned 'On' or 'Off'. Handy for PS4/5 who want to keep to themselves rather than deal with veterans, newcomers (and possibly cheaters) from the PC, Xbox, Mobile...and eventually Switch playerbases. But that's a double-edged sword in itself, given my time on Destiny 2. At one point in the future matchmaking will be very difficult should it be turned off.
