With the release of Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance, a new game mode called Control took Apex by storm! It is a 9v9 LTM that is similar to Call of Duty's Domination and Halo's Strongholds. You win by gaining points from captured strongholds that are around the map. After taking it out for a time, they brought the game mode back with the release of the new Warriors event, along with a new map called Caustic Treatment.
