I have never ever struggled this hard to even find Reshala, let alone kill him and his guards. Customs is my fav map and I usually play the most raids in any wipe on that map, so I run into Reshala quite often. But this wipe I could not even find him until I was almost level 50 and then with the help of some info on how bosses spawn and a lot of SJ6 stims and A LOT of suicide runs, I actually started running into him, but most of the times he would be dead.
