The newest incarnation of Twilight 2000 doesn't seem to know whether it wants to be military fetishism or a personal storytelling game about ethics vs pragmatism. It lacks the granularity to satisfy crunchy wargamers, and the courage of its convictions to satisfy the latter. It's a confused #TTRPG that doesn't seem to know which it is, or which it wants to be.
