I saw Pinstripe on offer via the Steam Twitter account and thought the art looked good and story sounded interesting so figured I should pick it up and try it. I had actually planned another game for this week's episode but this seemed like it'd be good to try instead.
The story is about a minister, Ted and Pinstripe (I assume the devil) has taken his daughter so he travels around hell trying to get her back, in the process you meet people from Ted's past.
It was built by one person over 5 years and this is no mean feat ordinarily and given the atmosphere design, from sound to visuals and the game play this a very well made game.
You aren't spoon fed the controls or what to do next, it's almost a free roam platformer with puzzles to unlock further progress but they also feature in past areas, inviting you to return to prior levels to explore more.
I really enjoyed the hour and a half I played, it's something that'll have to be completed on stream I feel too as it lends itself nicely to playing in instalments quite well (even if unintentionally).
I'd say it's well worth picking up this platformer for sure,
