From developer NEON Software. A bizarre first-person vehicular FPS, this game is basically the polar opposite of Jumping Flash: dark, hard to control, and not terribly fun at all. It's got a great fluid framerate, I'll say that. Also somehow I was never able to use a secondary weapon. I could hear "Rockets" and ect when picking up items but hitting L1 or L2 never did anything.
