From developer Magenta Software. A surprisingly solid 3D platformer released very late in the PS1's life. If you were stuck babysitting for a few hours and needed something inoffensive to play in the living room, this would be perfect. Graphics are colorful and stylized well, and Stuart's model looks really impressive for PS1, it's a little easier to notice the front details by using the camera when swimming. Controls are intuitive and pretty responsive, the few times I fell it was definitely my own fault. I'm a sucker for games where you play through "giant-sized" houses/bedrooms and this definitely hits that vibe well.
