Turbo Arcade is a forthcoming Atari 2600 game from Champ Games, which will be released in 2022 in physical and digital forms:
NOTE: You'll see some flickering in the top scoreline and the menu titles, but this is what happens as a result of the footage capture of some Atari 2600 games. This is NOT seen like that when playing the game proper.
I played this on the Stella Atari 2600 emulator v.6.5.3, which is the latest stable release at the time of recording.

Official description:
This ROM file is a fully playable demo version of Turbo Arcade for the Atari 2600 with the following restrictions:
- ADVANCED skill level has been disabled (NOVICE and STANDARD are included).
- Two player alternating game has been disabled (one player only).
- SaveKey functionality has been disabled, but high scores are still maintained for each skill level during play until the game is turned off.
- The game scenery will loop back to the city scene at the tree/city night scene.
If you enjoy the demo of Turbo Arcade and would like to purchase the full version, it will be available as a physical cartridge from AtariAge sometime in 2022.
The Turbo Arcade full ROM will be available for purchase in the Champ Games store sometime after the physical release in 2022.
