You can turn magical temporary gear into permanent armor in Oblivion Remastered β€” and it’s surprisingly easy.

Find the runestone south of the Imperial City and summon the bound bow and helmet. Damage both items slightly, repair them, then drop them. After 2 minutes, pick them back up β€” boom, they’re yours for good.
